Something colorful for your brain!

"Our Whole Life Is Soliving Puzzles" – Erno Rubik

With its origins dating back to 1974, the Rubik’s Cube was initially called the Magic Cube, as the pleasure of solving this colorful puzzle is phenomenal. Having more than 43 quintillions of combinations, mastering the Rubik’s Cube will not only let your child feel fulfilled, but will help make them smarter and shaper.

What is the Rubik's Cube Benefit?

It is impossible to remember all 43 quintillion swaps and combinations of Rubik’s solution. It's best to think of it this way - what Rubik’s Cube training does for your brain... it's like:

  • Get to learn a new piece of music

  • Getting acquainted with a new language

  • Writing in cursive with one's non-dominant hand

In our studies, we found that the Rubik’s Cube does not seem like a burden to students, but rather inflames their minds, with more than 85% of practicing it on a regular basis.

Our Program

Solving Rubik’s cube is all about moving pieces to the right places. This demands a combination of speed in terms of mental ability and physical movements of the fingers. It was not easy for the world record holder to solve the cubic in 3.47 seconds, but it was not impossible either.

Unlike chess, where two players do a lot of thinking and making a move each, Speedcubers need to make rapid turns while thinking about their next moves.

In ELA Rubik’s Cube program, we will guide you through the basics of cubing until you can resolve it very quickly. We designed the curriculum to be student-centred and progress at your own pace.

As the mind runs through multiple alternating movements, the eyes and hands are set to their optimal use, in perfect union. Over time, more complicated puzzles than the original 3x3x3s have emerged, increasing in multifold complexity, making them more difficult to solve.

But with the right know-how, you could solve any cube. This is the level of training we deliver in the Rubik’s cube course at ELA.

Program Objectives:

  • Visualize shapes, colours and patterns with ease
  • Provide a stimulating environment for the brain
  • Enhance hand-eye coordination
  • Expedite the process of dealing with thoughts
  • Enhances chess play performance
  • Different algorithms are introduced for solving cubes
    Program Objectives:
SOLVE THE MOST BELOVED PUZZLE IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.
"Complex Things, If You Don't Understand Them, It Seems Complicated. If You Understand Them, And If You Know How To Handle Them It Becomes Simple"

4 levels of courses are available

    • FAQ What age is Rubik's Cube good for?

Rubik's Cube is not limited to age. Any person between the ages of 5 and 99 can solve the cube and take advantage of it

    • How the Rubik's Cube function?

The Rubik's Cube is a three-dimensional puzzle invented in 1974 by Hungarian sculptor and architectural professor Ernő Rubik. According to the inventor himself, "There are axis, to rotate axis you rotate faces, it contains 27 different pieces. What you may see is only 26, as there is one in the middle".

    • Does solving a Rubik's Cube enhances IQ?

No. There is no concrete evidence to support the claim that solving a Rubik’s Cube increase the Intelligence Quotient of a person. Although a correlation can be observed with people who know how to solve the cube and people with elevated IQ.

    • What is the benefit of solving the Rubik's Cube?

Rubik's cube resolution offers many benefits that will indirectly help your brain become sharper. To begin with, it enhances your hand-eye coordination. It enhances your overall focus and ensures that you can process your thoughts more quickly. This makes you more patient and solves problems more effectively.

    • How long does it take to solve a Rubik's Cube for the typical person?

    • How much time it takes to learn a Rubik's Cube?

You just need to know a set of algorithms or rotation patterns that steer the parts of the cube one at a time. Memorizing the sequence of these tricks can be done amazingly quickly. A beginner could easily resolve a Rubik's cube in less than two minutes over the course of a week.
